For USA orders, we ship via USPS and UPS and charge according to quantity of candles purchased.

We are generally very quick to pack and ship, especially for small business. Typically, orders will ship the next day (M-F) however, in more rare cases please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship - especially during busy launches, restocks etc.

Upon checking out, if you live within a certain mile radius, you may qualify for receiving a local delivery. This is a flat rate of $2.50. Please allow for 2-3 business days to get your order fully prepared before being delivered. When orders are ready, we will contact you via phone or email to get your order delivered.

Our candles are made with high quality soy wax and wooden wicks. If you are experiencing difficulty with getting the wick to burn (or stay burnt), try trimming the top layer of the wick off. If you are still having problems, feel free to send us an email: wildwandercandles@gmail.com !

If you are experiencing this, try trimming your wick to get rid of the burnt edge.

TIP: Using nail clippers to trim tends to be the best as it lets you get the best angle.

Also note that sometimes it may take a couple to few tries to get a steady flame because of the structure of the wooden wick.

We're so glad you asked! If your favorite product is out of stock, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks until available to order. Since we do all the work by hand and want to provide the best quality, it takes time for the candles to be made and cured. Thank you!
